Sr Lead NPI Industrial

The Lead NPI Engineer is responsible for leading the successful introduction of new electronic products from development through full-scale production. This role acts as the technical bridge between design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external suppliers, ensuring products are launched on time, within cost targets, and meet all performance and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong cross‑functional communication skills and deep experience in electronics manufacturing.

• Lead all NPI activities from prototype through mass production for electronic products
