Sr. Manager Master Scheduler

Act as the national owner of forecasting, capacity, inventory, and delivery coordination for key customers, ensuring alignment between demand and supply. This role serves as the central coordination point across functions and regions to enable consistent execution, proactive risk management, and strong service performance.

The Sr. Manager Master Scheduler is responsible for material planning at the product family level, ensuring alignment with the business unit strategy, and developing the master production schedule based on demand, capacity, and customer requirements.

• Manage customer orders across all Mexico sites
• Maintain and monitor lead times
• Act as liaison between Plants and Order Center
• Support order changes, status updates, and special requirements
• Lead the scheduling process across divisions
• Optimize full truckload shipments
