Role Description
Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Coordinates and/or executes complex projects that improve and maintain efficiency in processes, methods, and equipment to ensure the product meets both organizational and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling of activities and resources
- Analysis (Methods and Measurement, Machinery and Equipment, Materials, etc.).
- Design (Products, Equipment, preparation of flowcharts, etc.).
- Provide training on production processes.
- Preparation of manufacturing travelers (shop travelers).
- Delivery of documentation (forms, progress plans, scaled drawings).
- Time studies across different operations.
- Preparation of operation sheets.
- Preparation of general company reports.
- Blueprint reading.
- Responsible for establishing and following up on machine maintenance plans.
