Sr Manufacturing Engineer

What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible to design, validate and implement manufacturing systems, including process documentation, control and optimization through the life of the product.
A Manufacturing Engineer seeks and promotes the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Supports designated production areas to keep operations running
B. Defines and implements safety machine guarding to manufacturing equipment as per Eaton requirements
C. Leads safety machine guarding to manufacturing equipment as per Eaton requirements
D. Designs, validates and implements manufacturing systems (assembly lines) including documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Work Instructions) process controls.
E. Develops quotes for New Products, New Processes and/or improvements, changes, or additions to existing production lines
F. Supports Quality System procedures
G. Develops and implements tools as per new or revised requirements
