Assessed, planned, and replaced existing metals tooling (including diecast, stamping, machining, and/or sheet metal equipment) through production qualification.
Developed part and die cost estimates, identified alternatives and tradeoffs.
Managed project schedules and drove team members on multiple concurrent die replacements to completion.
Demonstrated experience in metals tool design and evaluation to review tool repair requests and assess need, cost, and duration of repairs.
Participated in commodity‐level meetings with partners in Strategic Sourcing, Quality, and Production to identify opportunities for improvement in tool spend and strategic partnerships with suppliers.
