Role Description
Sr NPI Engineer
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Onsite – Juárez, Nuevo León
Basic Function
Under the direct supervision of the Genl Supvr-NPD, Model& Case, this position is responsible for coordinating the Industrialization Process for the New Products, the Verification of the Current Products (Re-Cases, Modifications, etc), to assure all the products meet the Engineering Specifications.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop Standard Cost learning curve estimates and mature yield targets.
- Assist the design NPD team during the process design of the new products.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Quality and vitreous plants to identify the key characteristics on our products and create robust product designs/processes to ensure good quality parts are being sent to our customers.
