Sr. Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES- Getting planning, inventory, capacity, and financial Information through observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Managing CAPEX and OPEX initiatives, planning, and strategies to meeting the demand of the FAB departments.
- Implementing world-class TPM programs, ensuring of machine optimization and full labor utilization.
- Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
- Resolving conflicts and negotiating with others, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
- Evaluating Information to determine compliance with applicable processes, laws, regulations, or standards.
