Sr. Procurement Buyer - Automotive (Electronics / Motors)

We are looking for a Sr. Procurement Buyer with strong experience in electronics or motor components sourcing within the automotive industry. This role is responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost competitiveness and supply continuity for critical components in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing and supplier selection for electronic components, PCBs, semiconductors, and/or electric motors . Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements with global and regional suppliers. Manage supply risks, including capacity constraints, long lead times, and market volatility . Ensure continuity of supply to support production and avoid disruptions. Drive supplier performance across Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Sustainability (QCDS) .
