We Need You To:

Be our Market Explorer:

Proactively identify high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research Build trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors and industry associations

Become a Growth Architect:

Develop customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through: Data-driven product selection Traffic acquisition tactics (social media ads/SEO/KOL collaboration) Promotional campaign planning (seasonal sales/launch events)

Serve as Operational Partner:

Guide sellers through platform onboarding: SKU optimization, listing creation, logistics setup Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Essentials:

Experience in B2 B sales/e-commerce Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP) & basic data analysis capability Fluent in Spanish and professional English (written/spoken)
