What you will do- Ensure compliance with all Mexican tax obligations, including VAT, Income Tax, withholding taxes, and local taxes- Assess tax implications of business transactions, new projects, and commercial initiatives- Identify tax risks and recommend mitigation strategies- Support audits and manage interactions with tax authorities (SAT)- Review tax calculations, filings, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance- Monitor changes in Mexican tax legislation and lead implementation of required adjustments- Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions when applicable- Improve tax processes and internal controls to enhance governance- Collaborate with external ad...
