Staff Lawyer

We are seeking a Full-Time remote Staff Lawyer to assist in our Pre-litigation department. Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

• Provide support to the department you are assigned with various tasks. (Pre-Litigation).
• Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits.
• Draft LORs.
• Send Welcome Letters to clients.
• Relabeling file documents and securing clean client records.
• Order Police Reports.
• Request Med Pay.
• Disengagement letters to providers / clients (using template and with attorney approval).
• Order medical records & bills.
• Send medical referrals.
• Generate disbursement sheets.
• Send Open Records Requests to Police Department (using template) and Non-Spoliation Letter (using template).
• Handle case load (Cases with attorney supervision).
