What will your day‑to‑day look like?
- Manage employees in a unionized environment by working closely with the supervisor (ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, assign tasks, act as a resource person for the department, apply the rules of the collective agreement).
- Act as an agent of prevention and compliance with occupational health and safety rules.
- Take charge and deploy strategies to reduce non‑quality.
- Take charge of projects (layout, health and safety, environment, productivity, etc.) allowing for continuous improvement of the department.
