Role Description

<p>You will join the <strong>Operations France & Europe team</strong>, at the heart of Wakam’s activity.</p>
<p>Wakam designs insurance products that are distributed by a wide range of partners such as <strong>traditional brokers, Insurtechs, and e‑commerce players</strong>. This activity involves building and managing <strong>complex ecosystems</strong> that bring together multiple stakeholders (distributors, reinsurers, third‑party administrators, assistance providers, etc.).</p>
<p>The Operations team is responsible for the <strong>operational performance and quality of service</strong> of Wakam’s insurance programs across France and Europe, working closely with partners and internal teams (IT, Product, Finance, Legal, etc.).</p>
