About This Role
As a Store Associate you will:
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Accurately record customer transactions in the electronic cash register, mainline and self‑checkouts (SCOs)
- Replenish merchandise around the checkout area
- Follow up on hot‑selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes when needed
- Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards
- Perform cycle counts as required
- Ensure compliance of all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery
- Follow health and safety policies and guidelines
- Keep the checkout work area clean and organized
- Follow Loss Prevention best practices
