Key Responsibilities
- Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to the store team.
- Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store.
- Develop in store team members at all levels through coaching, training, and one on one discussions.
- Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
