Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a high-performing sales team with coaching and mentorship
• Own regional pipeline management and revenue target achievement
• Close large and complex enterprise deals effectively
• Foster customer retention and new logo acquisition strategies
• Support team with pricing strategies and negotiation guidance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
