Job Overview
At a pivotal moment of transformation, we’re bringing in a Strategic Advisor to partner directly with the EVP, Chief People Officer & Corporate Affairs – someone who can help shape priorities, drive alignment, and keep execution moving. This is a senior, high‑trust role for someone comfortable operating in complexity and ambiguity, turning direction into action.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the EVP to structure and analyze strategic organizational topics
- Develop clear, concise decision materials, executive briefs, and high‑impact presentations
- Help define priorities, clarify trade‑offs, and support decision‑making
- Coordinate and track cross‑functional initiatives across HR, Transformation, Communications, Legal, and executive teams
