Strategic IT Sourcing Manager – End-to-End RFx Leader

Qualcomm is looking for an experienced Sourcing professional in Mexico City to manage IT sourcing initiatives. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies and lead the Source-to-Contract process while driving value across Qualcomm's IT spend.
