Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Job Description

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or site as per the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have site responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest total cost for your site, reduce working capital through negotiation planning and execution, source new vendors, perform value engineering, and eliminate sole or single sources. You will manage supplier performance to support your commodity/category and/or site and ensure supply continuity. You will handle several projects in a dynamic environment and ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, as well as export/import regulations.
