Role Description

NIBS is a boutique business school located in Accra, Ghana. NiBS seeks to appoint two ambitious and dynamic professionals for Student Recruitment and Marketing. Your primary focus is developing and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies, campaigns, and events to attract and enroll high-quality students for our doctorate and master’s programs. The appointees will be pivotal in driving this activity to support the growth of the university’s postgraduate student population from Ghana and across the region.

In this full-time, on-site role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising and recruiting prospective students to meet enrollment targets.

  • Advising students on program requirements, completing student’s application and enrollment process.
