Capacity Engineer

This role is critical within our supply chain team, ensuring optimal resource utilization, supporting production readiness, and driving efficient capacity planning across the organization. The position is full‑time, on‑site, with a rotating location between San Nicolás de los Garza and Guadalupe, NL.

• Responsibilities:
  • Identify bottlenecks and risks, driving countermeasures to protect output deliveries.
  • Align priorities and trade‑offs with Production Control, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Build simple capacity models and scenarios to support production decisions.
  • Lead OEE and continuous‑improvement efforts to increase throughput, reduce losses, and lower cost.
  • Monitor and report key KPIs (utilization, efficiency, service level) and recommend actions.
