Summer Student - Lifeguard & Instructor

Summer Student - Lifeguard & Instructor Town of Tillsonburg is looking for eight (8) responsible  and outgoing  Lifeguard/Instructors that will be responsible for the safety and supervision of patrons using Town pools and the planning and instruction of swimming lessons.

This is a seasonal student position with an option to enroll in OMERS defined benefit pension plan.  Department:  Recreation, Culture and Parks Division : Recreation Programs and Services Reports To : Aquatics Supervisor Contract: June 1, 2026 - September 2, 2026 Hourly Rate: $19.12 - 19.88/hour (2025 rates) Weekly Hours:  up to 40 Vacancy : 8 (new) Criminal Record Check required for this position.  If over eighteen (18) years of age, a Vulnerable Sector Check will be required.  Interested candidates please apply prior to the end of day on Thursday, March 26th.
