**JOB DUTIES**:

**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- **6+ years of experience**in production within manufacturing sites.
- **4+ years of experience**in supervisory roles in production, manufacturing, or related areas ( **people management experience**).
- Knowledge of **5S**, **continuous improvement**, and **production planning systems**(e.g., **SAP**or similar).
