About the Role
Direct the work team towards compliance with organizational indicators, through continuous improvement, teamwork and values of the Organization.
Responsibilities
- Reception of the manufacturing program.
- Start the installation of lines.
- Distribution and mobility of personnel, guaranteeing workers trained according to the matrix of multiple competencies.
- Compliance with production processes.
- Monitor quality issues toward our goal of zero defects.
Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Degree in Administration or similar completed.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions, preferred in automotive industry.
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP.
