What You’ll Do

Team Management and Delegation – 25%

• Oversee junior team members and manage expectations with leadership in creating media-specific documents such as media plans, objectives, and strategy decks.
• Manage and develop junior team members, contributing to growth plans and career goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, sharing strengths, weaknesses, next steps for growth, and suggest training opportunities.
• Maintain foresight and understanding of projects to adjust timing of deliverables and communicate changes to managers and leadership.
