Job Overview

Position: Guest Experience Supervisor (Scarborough Town Centre). Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager/Senior Property Manager. The role involves day‑to‑day operations, guest service, and staff leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and train Guest Experience team members in collaboration with HR.
  • Facilitate and assist in staff meetings for the department.
  • Communicate in‑centre events, store closures, openings, and relocations in a timely manner.
  • Develop scheduling templates, payroll, training, vacation approvals, corporate gift cards, and adapt to operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory and expenditures to support budget management.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.
