Role Description
Job Summary
The Supervisor, Leadership Education reporting to the Assistant Director, Campus & Community Engagement is responsible for developing a suite of innovative programming, aligned with institutional priorities, that supports the enhancement and development of student leadership skills and opportunities for mentorship across UTM. This position also acts as the local lead for the Co-Curricular Record which includes locating and supporting the creation of new opportunities for recognition and supporting CCR validators. The role will supervise the Peer Mentorship Program and support on and off campus programs to provide integrated learning opportunities for UTM students, fostering an inclusive environment, organizing workshops and events, and coordinating logistics for volunteers and work‑study students.
Work Hours
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position requires four (4) days per week on site.
