About Our Opportunity
The Directions Youth Outreach program promotes safer, healthier alternatives for youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The role involves working with at‑risk, homeless, and street‑entreched youth under 25, prioritizing those 18 and under, to address addiction, intellectual, emotional, social challenges, mental health issues, concurrent issues, and sexual exploitation. With support from program management, the Supervisor plans, develops, implements, and oversees day‑to‑day program operations. The position supports the Agency’s diversity and inclusion goals.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with youth, providing counseling and connecting them to services.
• Plan, develop, and implement program activities and policies.
