As Events & Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant & Events Manager in delivering exceptional service and guest experiences at the winery’s restaurant and throughout private and corporate events. You will lead and motivate a high-performance service team, oversee the set‑up and execution of events, ensure adherence to service standards in a fine‑dining and high‑volume premium winery environment, and collaborate closely with kitchen, wine‑education, and events teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
