Lead the design, development, and quality assurance of medical device packaging and labeling systems (Physical Flow Systems). Work across cross‑functional teams to move concepts from design to market release.

• Plan, direct, and implement all aspects of the company’s packaging and labeling product development.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain technical quality assurance, control systems, reliability standards, and CAPA processes.
• Oversee investigation and evaluation of existing technologies and guide conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, and processes.
