Job Title: Supervisor of Membership Sales & Services
Position Type: Permanent Part-Time (Hourly)
Salary Range: $18.19 - $20.19
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Membership Sales and Services, the Membership Supervisor provides shift-based operational leadership, supervises Membership Services staff, and ensures high-quality membership service delivery in accordance with YMCA standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of escalation for member concerns and ensure timely resolution within authority.
- Address routine service issues and escalates complex matters to the Director.
- Ensure all member interactions reflect YMCA service standards.
