Supplier Execution Leader

Overview
Supplier Execution Lead – responsible for driving end-to-end execution of supply continuity for electronic and electrical components across multiple global sites.
Responsibilities
Lead supplier issue resolution and escalation leadership for critical electronics supplier disruptions.
Coordinate cross‐functional war room efforts to resolve shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery issues.
Develop and execute supplier recovery plans (capacity, expedites, alternate sourcing, air freight, etc.) to prevent line‐down risks.
Monitor on‐time delivery performance and proactively manage expediting of critical materials and past‐due orders.
Support execution for key electronic commodities (PCBAs, semiconductors, passives, connectors) and manage allocation, EOL situations, and constrained market conditions.
Collaborate with Sustaining, NPD Procurement, and Engineering teams on product updates or cost‐out projects for smooth supply chain implementation...
