Supplier Execution Leader

Overview

Supplier Execution Lead – responsible for driving end-to-end execution of supply continuity for electronic and electrical components across multiple global sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier issue resolution and escalation leadership for critical electronics supplier disruptions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional war room efforts to resolve shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery issues.
• Develop and execute supplier recovery plans (capacity, expedites, alternate sourcing, air freight, etc.) to prevent line‑down risks.
• Monitor on‑time delivery performance and proactively manage expediting of critical materials and past‑due orders.
• Support execution for key electronic commodities (PCBAs, semiconductors, passives, connectors) and manage allocation, EOL situations, and constrained market conditions.
