In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Leads engineering initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Develops and implements quality systems, conducts supplier audits, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Supports new product introduction and process validation while maintaining robust documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
