Supply and Demand Planning Manager South America

Main Tasks

Regional head for Supply and Demand Planning and Customer Service for the South America.

• Demand Planning and Forecasting (SIOP): Lead the demand planning for IAM and HD-I business through a structured approach to SKU rationalization and portfolio optimization, working closely with the Sales team to build a demand planning process focused on sustainable inventory management and sales growth. Establish monthly cadence of demand and supply planning to proactively anticipate business needs over a 12-18 month time horizon.
• Distribution Centers Inventory targets management and material Planning (KPI49): Lead a team of supply planners to ensure inventory levels of Finish Goods and Trading Goods are maintained, avoiding customer backorders at the distribution centers.
