Supply Chain Customer Service – OTIF & Shipments

IMI in Santiago de Querétaro is looking for a dedicated professional to ensure timely delivery of products and achieve customer satisfaction. The role involves reviewing orders, generating reports, and coordinating with the production team to meet shipping deadlines.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Administration and 5-7 years of experience in customer service within the automotive industry. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/JDE is also required.
