Position Summary
The RPA Production Support Intern joins the LATAM Supply Chain team to support the management of digital tools and automated solutions governed by the LATAM Innovation Hub. This role is designed for students with a technical interest who want to develop skills in automation, process documentation, and first‑level technical support in a regional supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize user requests and alerts for digital applications and automated solutions.
- Provide basic first‑level support and participate in guided troubleshooting activities.
- Monitor automated processes (BOTs) and report anomalies to the team.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
