Role Description
Lead continuous improvement initiatives as a Supply Chain Project Manager at ROCKWOOL in North America. Drive strategies for optimized operations and measurable results throughout your projects.
In this role, you will be part of the Supply Chain Development Team, reporting to the CI Program Manager. Your core responsibilities include managing risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure successful project delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders and leverage Lean principles to achieve efficient execution while keeping the team focused on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive execution of Supply Chain initiatives from kickoff to close
• Develop clear project delivery plans with milestones and owners
• Identify and mitigate risks and constraints early
• Track performance and validate outcomes with Finance partners
• Ensure complete and clean project closures to avoid regression
