Halifax (Hybrid 2 days in office) Our client, an agile Information Technology services company that partners with leading global organizations to deliver innovative, high‑quality IT solutions, is looking for a Systems Engineer to join their growing team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for Tier 2 level support for global IT infrastructure platforms and applications. You will work with a wide variety of the latest best‑in‑class technologies. The position focuses on infrastructure operations support and system availability. Responsibilities
Perform Tier 2 troubleshooting on a wide range of incidents, including web services, platforms, infrastructure, network, security, telecomm and applications.
