Systems Analyst Associate (Bogotá)

Purpose

As a Systems Analyst, you will lead the support and operational management of RPA solutions across the enterprise. You will oversee bot performance and stability, manage support priorities, maintain operational metrics, coordinate with development, business stakeholders, and infrastructure partners, mentor junior analysts, and drive continuous improvement in automation support processes.

Accountabilities

• Operations of RPA support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and proactive monitoring of bot performance
• Manage and prioritize support queues, ensuring alignment with business-critical processes and SLAs
• Maintain and report on key operational metrics such as bot uptime, incident resolution time, and support backlog
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive implementation of permanent fixes
