T2627-270 0.60 FTE Temporary Grades K-12 English Learning Teacher

We invite applications for the temporary position of:

• 0.60 FTE Grades K–12 English Language Learning Teacher

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Successful classroom experience
• Training in ELL/ESD methodology which may include:
• Ability to assess language levels (including Level B assessment)
• Ability to case manage, problem solve and develop IEPs
• Ability to liaise effectively between home and school
• Experience with curriculum adaptation and modification at the elementary level

Salary range is in accordance with the BC Teachers Federation.

The successful applicant will be subject to the terms of the Criminal Review Act.
