Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Advisor provides strategic consulting to management on end-to-end Talent Acquisition and staffing processes. The role is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing talent attraction, sourcing, employer branding, selection, compliance, interviewing and assessment, offer management, onboarding, and recruitment analytics.
Additionally, this role requires a high level of technical savviness to effectively navigate recruiting systems, leverage data insights, and support hiring across roles of varying complexity, including specialized and hard-to-fill positions.Source, identify, and assess top talent in the market through proactive and targeted approaches.
