You will have responsibilities ranging from candidate screening to recruitment marketing, ensuring that candidates experience a seamless hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday
• Conduct phone screenings for various roles
• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones
• Assist with job postings and recruitment analytics
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a post-secondary HR or related program
