Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our corporate HR team for a 4-month term. In this role you will gain a hands‑on, 360‑degree view of how a fast‑paced North American enterprise attracts and hires top talent. You will support high‑volume corporate and field recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Workday to build a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens for professional corporate and high‑volume field roles to assess cultural fit and technical qualifications.
• Lead scheduling of interviews, managing calendars across multiple time zones, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Assist with recruitment marketing, posting jobs, tracking analytics, and coordinating local hiring events or virtual career fairs.
