Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition and learning strategies aligned with business and healthcare objectives
- Lead learning program design and implementation, including learning needs analysis, curriculum development, and competency-based training frameworks aligned with healthcare standards
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and building a strong pipeline of healthcare and corporate talent
- Support talent development programs for high-potential employees through targeted learning interventions
- Collaborate with medical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to deliver targeted learning interventions, ensuring workforce readiness and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and continuously improve policies, guidelines, and SOPs related to Talent Acquisition and Learning Development
