Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Operations Advisor plays a central role in delivering high‑quality, compliant, and efficient Talent Acquisition services for North America, operating from GBS Americas in Bogota. This position partners closely with Senior Recruiters in North America, who manage interviews, hiring‑manager engagement, intake discussions, and overall process performance. Your responsibility is to ensure that every step leading up to that point -sourcing support, candidate pipeline quality, offer preparation, compliance checks, and pre‑employment accuracy- is executed with precision and consistency.
