Role Description
We are looking for a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Partner based in Mexico to recruit across Latin America and the United States. As we accelerate our international growth, you will be more than a recruiter—you will be a strategic advisor to our Engineering, Product, G&A, and Sales teams.
What You’ll Do- Strategic Partnership: Act as a true talent consultant to hiring managers. You won’t just take orders; you will provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to help shape our hiring strategies.
- Full‑Cycle Execution: Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, ensuring a high‑touch, professional experience for candidates in both LATAM and the U.S.
