As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of roles through proactive outreach, networking, and direct engagement strategies, including phone-based prospecting.
You’ll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth hiring process from first contact to onboarding — all while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, team-driven environment.
