Talent Acquisition Specialist

Oaklands Global are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of our well-established engineering client based Northern Mexico, on a permanent basis. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering the very best candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment journey. We are looking for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Non-negotiable Essentials: A hybrid role, minimum of 4 days in the office, 1 remote. Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and verbal. Responsibilities: Build and maintain effective partnerships with onsite stakeholders and HR teams. Support the implementation of global recruitment processes.
