• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates.
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
• Network through various channels such as databases and social media.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Accomplish HR and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.

• Automotive experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within in‑house recruitment or agencies.
